2. Nature of services

CogniForge AI is an applied-AI studio and consultancy. We design and build custom AI systems for organizations — including AI strategy, generative-AI and large language model applications, AI assistants, AI agents, workflow automation, machine learning models, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation and MLOps. We are a professional services firm delivering work for client organizations.

We are not a course or training provider, an AI-income or passive-income scheme, a standalone SaaS product you subscribe to, a life-coaching or wellness business (the .life domain is branding only), a metalworking or blacksmithing enterprise (the word "Forge" refers to building AI systems), an investment adviser, or a promoter of crypto, forex or AI-trading bots.

3. Brand interpretation

"Cogni" refers to cognition and knowledge in the context of document intelligence and retrieval systems. It is not a claim about neuroscience, consciousness, sentience or artificial general intelligence.

"Forge" refers to crafting and shipping software systems — prototypes, knowledge bases, agents and integrations. It does not refer to physical metal forging, gaming mod tools or unrelated industrial processes.

".life" is part of our domain name only. It does not indicate that we provide life coaching, wellness programmes or personal transformation services.

4. No guaranteed results

Website content describes capabilities and past illustrative work. We do not guarantee specific business results, cost savings, revenue growth, accuracy, uptime, error-free operation or return on investment. AI systems — including retrieval-augmented generation and large language model outputs — can produce errors, omissions, biased content or hallucinations. We engineer for human-in-the-loop review and responsible-AI guardrails; clients retain responsibility for decisions made using AI-assisted tools.

Case studies, metrics and timelines shown on this site reflect past engagements under specific scope and data conditions. They are not promises of future performance for your organization.

5. Professional advice disclaimer

Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or regulated professional advice. Engagements are governed by statements of work and master services agreements executed between CogniForge AI Inc. and the client. Reliance on website copy alone is not sufficient for procurement or compliance decisions.

6. Website licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view website content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, resell or commercially exploit content without written permission. Trademarks, logos and trade dress remain our property or our licensors' property.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices. Model providers, cloud platforms and analytics vendors used in client projects are selected per engagement and disclosed contractually — not by general website endorsement.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, design, layout and original graphics are protected by copyright and other laws. Client engagements address ownership of custom deliverables separately. Nothing on this site transfers IP rights except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CogniForge AI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Aggregate liability related to website use is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100) except where prohibited by law.

You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia sitting in Vancouver, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide non-waivable rights.

14. Severability & entire agreement (website)

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use. Client projects are additionally governed by executed contracts that prevail on conflict.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted where practicable.

CogniForge AI Inc. delivers custom knowledge-system engineering for client organizations — strategy, retrieval, assistants, agents and automation. Models and pipelines can return wrong or incomplete answers; clients retain decision authority with review steps we co-design. No statement on this Site promises fixed ROI, perfect grounding or error-free operation. Budget, corpus quality and adoption determine results. We are a professional build studio — not legal, tax, investment or training counsel, and not any income or passive-earnings programme.

18. Human oversight & autonomy limits

Systems we describe and build are intended to support human decision-making — not to remove humans from consequential choices. Clients remain responsible for policies governing when automated drafts, classifications or retrievals may be acted upon. We do not warrant that any assistant or agent is suitable for unattended use in regulated, safety-critical or legal contexts without explicit architectural review and ongoing monitoring. Statements on this website about workflow automation assume checkpoints, audit trails and escalation paths appropriate to your sector.

19. Testimonials, logos & third-party marks

Case studies on cogniforgeai.life use anonymised client descriptions unless a written permission states otherwise. We do not display fabricated partner logos, counterfeit certification badges or misleading endorsements from model vendors. References to large language model providers, cloud platforms or open-source projects describe tools we may use in engagements; they do not imply official partnership unless a separate announcement confirms it.

20. Survival

Sections concerning disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, intellectual property restrictions and interpretations of brand terms survive termination of website access or completion of an enquiry. Provisions intended to allocate risk continue to bind users and CogniForge AI Inc. to the extent enforceable under British Columbia law.
